Kowalsky Saddle Shop – Order & Warranty Information

Payment Terms

• Down Payment: $1,250
• Remaining Balance: Due when the saddle is finished

Wait Time

• Current estimated wait time: 5–6 months
• Timeframe may vary due to supplier and custom tree delays
• Note: There is no exact completion date — delays are sometimes beyond our control

Warranty

• Tree Warranty: 8 years (with normal use)
• Workmanship: We stand behind the craftsmanship, structure, and assembly of every saddle

Care & Maintenance

• Regular cleaning and oiling are highly recommended for all custom saddles
• Inspect new saddles frequently — check screws, nails, and conchos after the first rides, as they may loosen

Repairs & Service

• If you experience any issues, please contact Kowalsky Saddle Shop directly
• Any work done by others will void all warranties
